Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments from almost any credit card you can think about . Your payments are processed securely via eWAY.

How long will it be before I can collect my order?

Stock may be available for same day collection. However processing of orders can take up to 7 days, based on stock availability. You will be notified via email when your item is ready for collection in store. Please note that there may be delays on rare occassions, please feel free to contact us anytime to know the status of your order.

Is my credit card safe?

Yes indeed. We take security seriously and do not save any credit card related information in our database. All the info are securely handled via eWAY.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation and tax invoice via e-mail. After the order has been processed, it may be available for same day collection. However processing of orders can take up to 7 days, based on stock availability. You will be notified via email/call when your item is ready for collection in store.

Will I get an invoice for my order?

Yes you will recieve a system generated invoice soon after you place the order.

Can I cancel my order?

In case you would like to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing an order, please contact us.
